To pay and register please send an email to thesacredwildretreats@gmail.com that includes your name, choice of accommodations, and any questions you may have. You can also email us directly from our website by navigating to the “Registration” tab. Our team will get back to you with payment and intake instructions right away.

Upon registration (email thesacredwildretreats@gmail.com to pay and register) we will send you an intake form that includes the dietary restriction questionnaire which we will incorporate into your meal plan.
In general, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be catered by our team. The menu is plant-based, veering mainly towards a vegan/vegetarian diet with some minor exceptions (i.e. hard-boiled eggs served in the morning).

We are located ten minutes outside of Lakefield, Ontario in the beautiful Kawarthas region. Upon registration, we will provide you with the address and exact driving instructions

Yes! In fact, we can’t imagine a better place for your first plant medicine experience. Our compassionate, well-trained team of facilitators will be here for you through every step of the journey.

No! We believe in radically trusting your heart and intuition. You are under no obligation to partake in any of the activities, ceremonies, or medicines we offer should your heart lead you on a different path at any point during your stay.

If you are in a private room, yes. We do not allow shared beds in the Forest House out of respect to other guests (the Forest House is only open during spring/summer/fall events).
If you are planning on sharing a private room please contact thesacredwildretreats@gmail.com for more information on how you will get charged.

Our cancellation policy is as follows,
One week+ notice: 100% refund
Less than one week notice: 50% refund
Less than three days’ notice: 0% refund. You will incur the full cost of the retreat.
