Come join us for a sacred, plant medicine experience just outside of lovely Lakefield. Your retreat will include energy healing, yoga, sound therapy and so much more to guide you through the ceremonial aspect. It will be a truly magical weekend.

DAY ONE

Arrival between 9:00-11:00am

(it is essential to arrive by 11:00am for the information session)

11:00am Plant Medicine Info Session plus Staff/Guest Get-to-Know You

12:30pm Catered, Plant-Based Lunch

1:30pm Intention Setting Ceremony:

Forest Mandala Creation and Yogic Breathwork

4:00pm Free Time until Cacao Ceremony

6:00pm Cacao Ceremony and Spirit Cards

6:30pm Cacao Ceremony and Collective Meditation Featuring Sound Healing

with The Wild Thing

DAY TWO

9:00am Light Buffet Breakfast

11:00am Yin Yoga and Sound with The Wild Thing

1:00pm Catered, Plant-Based Lunch

2:30pm Intention Solidifying:

Fire Ceremony, Journalling, Ecstatic Dance, Communing with the Moon

4:00pm Free Time Until Ceremony Starts

6:30pm Medicine Ceremony featuring Sound Healing with The Wild Thing

DAY THREE

12:00pm Closing Integration Gathering:

Mandala Mindfulness and Collective Discussion

1:30pm Free Time to Explore Nature until Departures

The price of the entire weekend including meals and all activities listed on the itinerary is $1500 CAD. Each room is equipped with a king-sized bed and access to a bathroom shared by 1-2 other guests. Each bathroom includes a stand-alone shower.
